I reconnected with the core issue I had as an infant, which was surviving the lack of love, and feeling the trauma of the very real danger of dying from lack of love.
When I connected with myself, and gave myself the approval and the love that has been lacking for 54 years, I felt all of the strength and power that is still within me, within my soul, that was never harmed by my mother’s refusal to give me the most basic love of all. More very powerful insights.
